Ingredients:
Carrier Oil: Grapeseed Oil
Essential Oils: Lavender, Marjoram, Cedarwood

Purpose:
-Helps ease menstrual discomfort and abdominal tension.
-Contains marjoram which relaxes uterine muscles and reduces cramping and lavender which calms pain and emotional stress.
-Contains Cedarwood supports grounding and hormonal balance during the cycle.

Directions of Use:
Apply 3-4 drops in the desired area and check for any skin sensitivity.
Usage - 3 times in a week
