Quantity - 30ml per bottle

Ingredients:
Carrier Oil: Almond Oil
Essential Oils: Cedarwood, Marjoram, Bergamot

Purpose:
-Helps calm the nervous system and reduce anxious thoughts.
-Contains Bergamot which uplifts mood and marjoram relaxes muscular and emotional tension.
-Helps to  provide stability and grounding energy.

Directions of Use:
 Apply using roll-on to wrists and temples and dab gently. Can be used 3-4 times in a week.
